The Salvation Diet Review states that the Salvation Diet is a Christian approach to weight loss and becoming a healthier you. There are seven “modules”- or parts- to this diet. They are as follows:
This module is comprised of the founder sharing with you his story of hitting rock bottom- chances are that you have been in his shoes (or even worse). This made him decide that he needed to make some changes in his day to day life to start honoring Jesus. This is where “The Salvation Diet: What Would Jesus Eat?” started.
- Daily Scripture Verse/Module Two
In this module, you’ll be constructing a solid foundation of prayer and gratitude with daily Scripture readings. This has a massive impact on your life and literally takes less than seven minutes out of your day. Daily prayer and gratitude are things you truly should be doing each and every day- believe it or not, it will change your mind, body, and soul.
In this module, you’ll learn more about something that lots of people simply refer to as sleep, but in the Salvation Diet is known as rejuvenation and rest. While this is definitely something that we all do every night, you may be surprised at the impact it has on your weight. In Matthew’s Gospel, we read the words of Jesus, “come to me all who are heavy laden and I will give you rest” (paraphrased)- this proves that God wants us to get rest and rejuvenate our bodies every night.
- That’s Not Food/Module Four
In this module, the founder of The Salvation Diet will share with you everything he believed about nutrition and diet. Turns out, most if it was lies- much like the house built on the sand. Then, his whole life changed and he learned he must rebuild that foundation to become a thinner, healthier version of himself.
This module will explain the importance of getting adequate exercise, or as it’s referred to in the Salvation Diet- playtime. Sure, around ninety percent of you appearance has to do with the food that you’re consuming. However, it’s critical that you move your body too- this will help to clear your mind. When you are overweight or obese and you don’t get the exercise your body needs, you’re twice as likely to die than those who attempt to be active. The Salvation Diet boasts a three-tiered system for exercise that is appropriate for any fitness level.
- Serving Others/Module Six
If you’re like most people, you tend to focus on yourself and what you can do for yourself and even what others can do for you- right? However, the Salvation Diet encourages you to serve others. This will have an amazing effect on your mind, body, and spirit. When you are willing to serve instead of be served, you discover that the best things in life are not things.
As always, you want to put your best foot forward. With the Salvation Diet, you can do this. You are in control of yourself and your destiny- make it a great one!
There are lots of fad diet programs out there these days- the salvation diet review says that this is the best program for a healthier, happier you.
